Apartments plan is the distribution of its internal space: the shape and location of the load—bearing and interior walls, the height of the ceilings, the location of doorways and windows.

     Studio-apartment (typology T0)  is a single living space in which only the sanitary area (bathroom and toilet) is separated by walls. All other areas are located in one large room.
     The advantages of living in a studio include a large amount of air, which means that a person gets a sense of freedom. Even the smallest apartment without internal walls becomes much larger in area, respectively, it can accommodate several functional areas.

     Relaxation area: A good comfortable sleep is an essential attribute for a full life. Our apartments are equipped with a large sofa that can be transformed into a full-fledged bed.

     Cooking and eating area: It should be remembered that odors from the kitchen can spread quickly, so our apartments are equipped with a powerful extractor hood.

     Sanitary area (bathroom and toilet): This functional area is necessarily separated by stationary walls, equipped with ventilation systems (air intake and exhaust), as well as devices for heating and dehumidification of humid air.

     Storage area for clothes and household items: It is necessary to think in advance about the options for organizing a storage system for things and clothes. Our apartments are equipped with spacious and modern cabinets, shelves and wardrobes.
