How to choose the apartment of your dreams?
1. Look at the General plan of the residential complex and choose the building in which you would like to live. Due to the convenient location of our buildings, we have apartments with windows facing all sides of the world. Don't forget: Portugal is a country where the sun shines 300 days a year!
2. Select the appropriate floor for you. Each of our buildings has 3 floors. We are building affordable housing, so we cannot equip houses with elevators. But our stairs, corridors and common areas are quite spacious!
3. Look at the floor plans and choose the location of your future apartment. All our apartments have the same total area - 24.44 square meters. Each apartment on the plan has its number on the floor.
4. Our designers have developed several beautiful and functional finishing options for you. Choose your favorite design. Or order an apartment with a finishing option "White box" or without finishing in order to realize your bold ideas and fantasies in the arrangement of your home.
5. Great! You have found the apartment of your dreams!

How to fill out Application for membership and what to do next?

1. Download the Application for membership form. The form can be filled out manually or using a computer.
2. Provide the necessary information about yourself, as well as about the apartment of your dreams. We described how to determine the building number, floor number and apartment number on the floor in the previous paragraph.
3. Print out, check and sign Application for membership. This document has legal significance, so all information must be specified correctly.
4. Send the completed and signed Application to us by mail, courier or bring it to our office. If you do not have such an opportunity, you can send a scanned version of Application to our email address.
5. Immediately after receiving the Application, our employee will contact you to clarify all the details. You will be able to discuss all issues with him and agree on the next steps.
How do I sign Participation agreement and pay the entrance fee?
1. If your Application is approved by the cooperative, you will receive a draft Participation agreement by e-mail. This agreement specifies all the rights and obligations of you, as a member of the cooperative, and the cooperative, the deadlines for making contributions, and the procedure for obtaining ownership of an apartment.

How to make share fees, membership fees and other payments?

1. The Participation agreement specifies the amount of share and membership fees, the terms and procedure for their payment. You can pay the fees using the bank details specified in the Agreement or by bank card. It is possible to pay fees with cryptocurrency USDT.
2. When paying, do not forget about the timing of bank transfers. The funds must be received by the cooperative before the deadline for making the this payment.
3. The amount of share and membership fees may be changed only by the decision of the majority of the members of the cooperative. As a member of the cooperative, you also make decisions on these issues. In this case, we will propose to conclude an Additional agreement to the Agreement.
4. Additional contributions and payments may be required only in exceptional and unforeseen circumstances. The decision on them is made by the majority of the members of the cooperative, including you. In this case, we will propose to conclude an Additional agreement to the Agreement.
5. The approximate construction dates are specified in the Participation agreement. However, construction is not an easy task! In some cases, the completion dates may be shifted. In this case, we will propose to conclude an Additional agreement to the Agreement.
When will I be able to take ownership of the apartment? When will I be able to use the apartment?
1. After completion of construction and full payment of share fees in accordance with your Participation agreement, you will be able to take ownership of the apartment. From that moment you will become the rightful owner of the apartment of your dreams!
2. If the construction has been completed, but you have not paid all the share fees – do not worry! We will give your apartment to you for use. You will be able to live in this apartment and use all infrastructure of the residential complex. You will be able to take ownership of the apartment after full payment of the share fees in accordance with your Participation agreement.
3. For high-quality maintenance of our residential complexes, we manage the built real estate independently. Maintenance of the residential complex requires the following costs: household management, lighting of common areas, cleaning, repair and maintenance of the pool, watering the territory, gardener's work, cleaning of the territory and common areas, repair work, territory protection and others. Prior to the registration of apartments in the property, we finance all costs through membership fees. After the registration of the apartments in the property, we finance all costs through payments to the condominium.

How to pay fees, contributions and payments in cryptocurrency USDT?
