Christmas discount
To receive Christmas discount, you must sign Participation agreement during the promotional period.
The promotional period is from 12.12.2024 to 01.01.2025. The promo action may be terminated prematurely by a unilateral decision of the cooperative.
The discount amount of the promotion is 5 (five) percent.
The number of apartments participating in the promotion is unlimited.
The discount of the promotion applies to all share contributions. The discount of the promotion does not apply to entrance, membership and additional fees.
Early payment discount
Early payment discount is provided to all members of the cooperative who have paid their share contributions in full within the first month after sign Participation agreement. The participation agreement must be concluded during the promotional period.
The promotional period is from 12.12.2024 to 06.01.2025. The promo action may be terminated prematurely by a unilateral decision of the cooperative.
The discount amount of the promotion is 10 (ten) percent.
The number of apartments participating in the promotion is 30 (thirty) apartments. The apartments participating in the promotion are apartments located on the ground floor of buildings 1 and 2.
The discount of the promotion applies to all share contributions. The discount of the promotion does not apply to entrance, membership and additional fees.
Legal information
The cooperative's promotions are not a public offer.
The organizer of promotions and promotional events is a cooperative.
A participant in the promotion is a person who has concluded a Participation Agreement with the cooperative.
The Organizer is not responsible for the actions of third parties.
The Organizer reimburses the participants only for direct losses caused by the guilty actions of the Organizer.
The Organizer is relieved of responsibility for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of its obligations if fulfillment proved impossible due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer.
The organizer is not responsible for non-application of the terms of the promotion, if the participant of the promotion has not explicitly and unambiguously indicated his desire to participate in it.
The organizer, at its own discretion, may prohibit any participant from further participation in the promotion.
